SANTA RITA, Guam (Feb. 25, 2021) Joint Region Marianas Commander Rear Adm. John Menoni is welcomed aboard JS Setoyuki (TV-3518) by Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) Sailors at U.S. Naval Base Guam. Menoni spoke to JMSDF Sailors and emphasized the value of continued bilateral engagements and the importance of the U.S.-Japan Alliance in maintaining peace, stability and security in the Indo-Pacific region.
