    WASHINGTON D.C. (Feb. 12, 2021) — Vice Adm. Steven D. Poulin, U.S Coast Guard Atlantic Area commander, recognizes Petty Officer 1st Class Matthew Pullen, operations petty officer on USCGC Hawk (WPB 87355), ahead of a distinguished visitors visit on the Potomac River in Washington D.C. Feb. 12, 2021. The visit provided an opportunity for the crew to ask questions with one of the service’s senior flag officers and discuss U.S. Coast Guard sea-service operations.
