    YOKOSUKA, Japan (Feb. 15, 2021) - Outgoing Commanding Officer Capt. Craig Sicola, from Dallas, receives a Legion of Merit citation from U.S. 7th Fleet Vice Adm. Bill Merz during a change of command ceremony held in the admiral’s cabin aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific Region.
