Kelly J. Ross (second from left), who retired on Dec. 31, 2020, as head of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport’s Technical Acquisition Office in the Contracts Department, celebrated 33 years of service during a virtual ceremony at home with her family on Dec. 11, 2020. Approximately 80 people participated in the online event, which was the command’s first virtual retirement ceremony.
