Military personnel in OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniforms are performing weapons loading and maintenance operations on a fighter aircraft, likely an F-16, inside a hangar. Two airmen are manually handling and mounting a missile (appearing to be an AIM-9 Sidewinder or similar air-to-air missile) onto an underwing pylon, while a third airman operates a laptop/portable computer system on the hangar floor. Orange 'Remove Before Flight' safety streamers are visible on the aircraft.
