    210209-N-NC885-1009 SOUTH CHINA SEA (Feb. 9, 2021) An F/A-18E Super Hornet from the Kestrels of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 137 launches from the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) during dual carrier operations with the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group. The Nimitz and Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Groups are conducting dual carrier operations in the Indo-Pacific in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
