    Defense Department Support to FEMA COVID-19       

    U.S. Navy Intensive Care Unit nurses, from the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, Calif., shadow their assigned nurse manager, Elisha Riggins, at Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas, Jan. 29, 2021.
