A military exercise is underway over open coastal waters, featuring a tiltrotor aircraft (consistent with a V-22 Osprey) flying overhead, a surfaced submarine in the background, and two small military watercraft (likely combat rubber raiding craft or rigid inflatable boats) moving at speed on the water surface. The scene suggests a coordinated amphibious or special operations exercise. A green, hilly coastline with what appears to be a developed area is visible in the background.
