INDIAN OCEAN (Jan. 19, 2020) – U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Jordan Sparks, an ammunition technician assigned to Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, performs a quality assurance check on parachutes aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22). The Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group and the 15th MEU are conducting operations in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility.
