A naval or coast guard officer in a dark blue uniform observes from an elevated position on a vessel as a group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms board or prepare to deploy from a smaller rigid inflatable boat (RIB) below. The scene appears to be a maritime boarding operation or tactical deployment exercise at sea. The open ocean is visible in the background with moderate wave activity.
