First Lt. Christopher Mcquade, the tactical movement control center officer-in-charge with 1st Marine Division (Forward), greets his one and a half year-old son, Landon, during a homecoming event here, Aug. 22. Mcquade, a 30-year-old native of Lower Gwynedd Township, Penn., arrived in the early morning with more than 130 Marines and sailors. The Division returned from a seven-month deployment to Helmand province, Afghanistan after serving as the command element for Task Force Leatherneck, which comprised the majority of ground forces in Helmand province.
