    210129-N-OY339-1077 SAN DIEGO (Jan. 29, 2021) Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Collin Rose administers Command Master Chief Eric McDermott, command master chief assigned to the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron, the Blue Angels, the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine on board Marine Corps Air Station Miramar Jan. 29. The vaccine is in distribution phase 1b to include critical national capabilities, personnel deploying to overseas locations, and other critical and essential support personnel. The Department of Defense is conducting a phased, standardized, and coordinated strategy to distribute and administer COVID-19 vaccines to protect our people, maintain readiness and support the national COVID-19 response.
