    436th Airlift Wing

    Senior Airman James McKenzie, a client systems technician with the 436th Communications Squadron, trouble shoots a computer issue, Jan. 19, Dover Air Force Base, Del. McKenzie was able to pinpoint the problem by remotely logging into the customer's computer and fixing the problem for the customer.
