    Margaret Klingensmith, a handler at Independent Dog Therapy, Inc., encourages children to read with emotion so that Fabiana, her 7-year-old therapy dog, can hear and interact. Klingensmith and Fabiana are part of the "Ruff" Readers Program, which was developed to help children learn how to read and educate children on how to behave around animals.
