Portuguese navy Lt. Miguel Dias Pinheiro presents a navy helicopter squadron patch to Brazilian navy Vice Adm. Claudio Henrique Mello at the Mocangue Naval Complex in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on Jan. 22, 2021. Pinheiro traveled to Rio de Janeiro with the USCGC Stone (WMSL 758), with whom he served temporarily as an aviation operations advisor and Portuguese translator.
