Brig. Gen. Stephen Hines, deputy commander of the Army National Guard's 42nd Infantry Division confers with Egyptian Brig. Gen. Sala Fouaad, deputy commander of the Egyptian 9th Armored Division. The two organizations will combine staffs to jointly support a battle simulation exercise as part of Bright Star 2007.
