Richard Perez, and welcomed new Command Sergeant Major, Command Sgt. Maj. Gregory Betty in a brief, well attended and COVID-19 conscious, Change of Responsibility ceremony at 88th RD, Fort McCoy, Headquarters, on January 14, 2021.
