Martorella, part of the COVID-19 task force that is collecting health questionnaires from out of state travelers, assisted a stranded woman and her two daughters, ages 3 and less than 1 year old, who could only communicate effectively in Spanish, as they faced flight delays the day after Christmas trying to travel through Buffalo on their way to Puerto Rico.
