Aaron Tatum, a long-time civilian employee at Raymond W. Bliss Army Health center, was the first in line to receive the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine at Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center on Fort Huachucam AZ. The health center received the vaccine at the end of the previous week, and started giving out the first doses to Phase One recipients Monday afternoon, January 11.
