    PORTSMOUTH, Va. (Jan. 8, 2021) – Jenna Stacey-Marshall, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) pharmacy technician, works with a patient in NMCP’s Pharmacy Call Center, Jan. 8. NMCP’s Pharmacy Call Center was established prior to the pandemic to alleviate wait times in the clinic while also providing beneficiaries a one-stop-shop to answer questions and transfer prescriptions to the convenient locations for patient pick up.
