A military ceremony, likely a change of command or activation ceremony, is taking place on a parade field. Several uniformed personnel in Army ACU (Army Combat Uniform) and Air Force ABU (Airman Battle Uniform) patterns are participating in a guidon or flag transfer. The dark blue flag with a red and white design is being passed between individuals, which is a traditional element of military unit ceremonies.
