PACIFIC OCEAN (Dec. 5, 2020)
Sailors and Marines deployed as maritime expeditionary security forces from Task Force 75 fire an M-203 grenade launcher during a live-fire exercise while deployed as the embarked security team aboard the Missile Range Instrumentation Ship USNS Howard O. Lorenzen (T-AGM 25). Naval forces from Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 2 and 5th Marine Regiment are deployed to U.S. 7th Fleet and can provide high value asset escorts, harbor area defense, embarked security teams, and search and seizure overwatch.
