A U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules transport aircraft is taxiing on an airfield tarmac with all four turboprop engines running. The aircraft bears markings indicating it belongs to the Kentucky Air National Guard, and an American flag is being displayed from an open hatch on top of the fuselage. A civilian airport control tower is visible in the background, suggesting this may be a joint-use military/civilian airfield.
