Robert Potter, a radio operator with Alpha Company, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, establishes ship-to-ship communications using an AN/PRC 117G radio aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS San Diego (LPD 22).
