In April, shortly after quarantine began for millions around the world, I made my first scratch cinnamon rolls. Watching an Instragram stream from Bread Ahead bakery in the UK was my motivation. The rolls were a huge success and thus began not only my COVID baking streak, but my venture into online virtual reviews.
