U.S. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 3 personnel and local children sit on one of two new culverts built prior to the ribbon cutting ceremony here, Aug. 6. The culverts were built to withstand eight tons and ensure vehicle access to Bromley Medical Clinic and Episcopal Mission School during the rainy season.
