A U.S. Air Force KC-135 assigned to the Iowa Air National Guard’s 185th Air Refueling Wing in Sioux City, Iowa is painted with a 75th anniversary paint scheme. The design is a facsimile of the unit’s F-16 tail flash flown by the Sioux City, Iowa based Air Guard unit during the 1990s.
