A memorial stands at Coast Guard Sector Humboldt Bay, Nov. 23, 2020, remembering the 1964 Coast Guard Air Station San Francisco HH-52 helicopter aircrew who were lost in a crash during a rescue. Lt. Cmdr. Donald Prince, Petty Officer 2nd Class James A. Nininger, and Royal Canadian Navy Sub-Lt.
