The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Buffalo District's contractor Cold Spring Construction Company of Akron, NY, works on repairs to 1,300 feet of the seawall at the northern section of the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Centennial Park, Buffalo, NY, October 14, 2020.
The project will not only protect the Colonel F.G. Ward Pumping Station, but it also helps protect LaSalle Park’s infrastructure from flooding.
