The Charger Girls, Marines and sailors from various units in Southern California, welcome the San Diego Chargers onto the field at Qualcomm Stadium in San Diego, Aug. 9. The Chargers kicked off the pre-season with a Military Appreciation Day. The service members participated in the opening ceremonies, the halftime show and gave shout outs to friends, family members and Chargers fans on the big screen throughout the game.
