    The Arkansas State Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Kendall Penn (left), attended the 50th Winston P. Wilson and 30th Armed Forces Skill at Arms Meeting Sniper Championships award ceremony as the guest speaker December 10, 2020 at Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center. Thirty-five snipers were in attendance at the matches hosted by the National Guard Marksmanship Training Center, with the help of the U.S. National Guard Sniper School December 4-10, 2020.
