Colonel Stacey S. Zdanavage (right) accepts the guidon of the 193rd Special Operations Wing and assumes command from Brigadier General Michael J. Regan, Jr., the Deputy Adjutant General for the Air National Guard of Pennsylvania, December 7, 2020. Col.
