During their visit, AMC leaders witnessed firsthand how Dover supports Air Mobility Command’s priority to enhance full-spectrum readiness and develop innovative, multi-capable Airmen. The APEX program allows qualified aerial porters to load cargo onto C-5M Super Galaxies and C-17 Globemaster IIIs, thus saving time prior to aircrew arrival at the aircraft.
