A Honduran Marine reads his order of instruction to U.S. Marines with Special Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force - Southern Command during the final exercise of a two-week training course in Puerto Castilla, Honduras, Nov. 10, 2020. The FINEX is the final assignment Honduran Marines must complete, which includes issuing a 5-paragraph order of instruction, terrain model briefs, 4 miles of hiking, and conduct a series of movements-to-contact in order to conduct a raid. Marines from SPMAGTF-SC formed a Mobile Training Team to conduct a two-week leadership development course for Honduran Marines. The two-week course included leadership classes, how to properly read a map, land navigation, and physical fitness training. This exchange of information and operational practice is a continuation of the enduring partnership between the U.S. and Honduras. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Lance Cpl. Jose Gonzalez)
