    WIESBADEN, Germany -- Santa, on a firetruck, waves to children as Operation Santa's Flight progresses through Newman Village housing Dec. 4 on Clay Kaserne. Prior to a virtual tree-lighting ceremony, Santa toured each housing area to wave at the children who couldn't attend the ceremony in person due to COVID-19 restrictions.
