Cook, brigade commander, during the brigade’s change of responsibility ceremony, Aug. 10, in front of the “Highlander” headquarter building on East Fort Bliss. Clark assumed responsibility of the armored unit from Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas W. Eppler.
