A fuel truck transfers Jet Propellant 8, or JP-8, fuel to an F-16 Fighting Falcon assigned to the 31st Fighter Wing at Aviano Air Base, Italy, Dec. 2, 2020. The 31st FW participated in surge flying throughout the week.
