Dylan Nelson, a launcher chief, both with the High Mobility Artillery Rocket System Detachment, Battalion Landing Team 1/4, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS Somerset (LPD 25) during a medical readiness event.
