Three gray naval vessels are operating in formation on calm, open ocean waters under overcast skies. The foreground ship bears the hull number '13' and flies a small flag from its mast, while two additional vessels are visible in the middle and far distance. The scene appears to depict a multinational or fleet naval exercise or patrol operation.
