Kelly French, assigned to U.S. Army North (ARNORTH), performs the standing power throw during the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) on Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, Nov. 17, 2020. Soldiers assigned to ARNORTH took the diagnostic ACFT to gauge where their physical fitness needs improvement during the test’s implementation phase.
