CAMP HUMPHREYS, Republic of Korea - A volunteer hands out information pamphlets to other volunteers at a Bag Brigade Drive event at Freedom Chapel, Nov. 21, for their inclusion into assembled welcome bags for unaccompanied and single Soldiers about to enter quarantine. The Bag Brigade idea began in early August and was fully implemented in September, bringing welcome bags consisting of treats, water, information packets and necessities to quarantined Soldiers to help boost their spirits and morale.
