The 61st Quartermaster Battalion’s Commander, Lt. Col. Paul Smith, makes his meal selections at the Culinary Outpost Kiosk Nov. 13. After the ribbon ceremony, the Culinary Outpost Kiosk was the seventh facility opened across Army installations in Colorado, Georgia, Alaska, Germany, North Carolina and Kansas.
