Coast Guard monitors clean-up operations for oil discharge from partially sunken tugboat in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands [Image 1 of 4]
An oil waste vacuum truck is used by the National Response Corp. crews to recover oil discharged from the abandoned tugboat Cape Lookout Nov. 17, 2020 at the St. Croix Renaissance, LLP facility within Krause Lagoon in St. Croix.
