A group of uniformed naval personnel are standing at attention along the edge of what appears to be an aircraft carrier flight deck. The personnel are evenly spaced in a formal formation, suggesting a ceremonial manning-the-rails procedure. The vessel displays the number '3' and letter 'P' on its hull structure, visible against a clear blue sky.
