    Navy Expeditionary Combat Command

    Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class Michael Scicilone, assigned to Expeditionary Combat Camera, discusses underwater photography equipment to a member of the Chilean Naval War College during a tour of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC) at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek, Aug. 8. The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the tour participants with NECC capabilities and provide first-hand experience with expeditionary sailors and their equipment.
