    Sgt. 1st Class Runyaro Goss, NCOA Instructor with Strength Maintenance Training Center, leads a class of recruiters through an informal certification to teach the Recruiting and Retention Team Leader Course. The 10 day “Train the Trainer" course provides instructors from across the 54 states and territories who can teach the RRTLC class which gives Advanced Leader Course constructive credits for Career Recruiters.

    The course is provided as needed by Strength Maintenance Training Center. As of November 2, 2020, 29 Master Trainers from 21 states have completed the Recruiting and Retention Team Leader Course certification program.
