    Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)     

    Maj. Gen. Tracy L. Garrett, the commanding general of Force Headquarters Group, and Sgt. Maj. Michael E. Sprague, the sergeant major of FHG, uncase the Marine Corps colors during the FHG activation ceremony here, Aug. 6.
