    Army Materiel Command changes leaders with the ceremonial passing of the flag. Gen. Ann E. Dunwoody receives the flag for the last time from Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald T. Riling, during an official ceremony, Tuesday. Newly promoted Gen. Dennis L. Via assumed the role of Commanding General of the AMC.
