A military ceremony is taking place on an airfield tarmac in front of a United States Air Force aircraft marked 'United States of America' with the distinctive blue and white Air Force One livery. Military personnel in camouflage uniforms are seated in chairs and standing in formation, with a podium and flags visible near the aircraft's boarding stairs. The event appears to be a formal military function such as a change of command, retirement, or aircraft dedication ceremony.
