A soldier in MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniform and helmet is providing tactical combat casualty care (TCCC) to a downed soldier on a pine forest floor. The standing soldier appears to be applying or adjusting a thermal/emergency blanket over the casualty. This appears to be a field training exercise (FTX) based on the controlled setting and visible medical simulation equipment.
